Yvette Rivera
Director of Franchise Relations

Yvette Rivera, our Director of Franchise Relations, joined Jewelry Repair Enterprises, Inc.'s in 2003. Ms. Rivera is the main point of contact for the franchisees. She handles all franchisee requests and directs the request to the appropriate JRE staff member. In addition, she acts as the liaison between the franchisee and the landlord.

Ms. Rivera also coordinates the franchise development process, the lease administration for new stores and renewals, the preparation and processing of the franchise and sublease agreements, including renewals.

In addition to being the Liaison for our franchisees, Ms. Rivera works with the construction department for new store and remodel projects. She handles the communication with the franchisees regarding their construction status, prepares the proforma invoices, bid analysis, AIA contracts, and various other documents needed during the construction process.

Before joining JRE, Ms. Rivera was a legal secretary for a bankruptcy/ business law firm in 2003.

From 1997 to 2003 she was a purchasing agent for an international sporting goods wholesaler.
