Sam Guagliardo
Trainer and Field Operations Manager

Sam Guagliardo joined the FAST-FIX team in September of 2005. As a trainer and operations manager his responsibilities include facilitating training classes, new store opening set-up and training, store support and POS system specialist.

Sam has a strong training and operations background including 20+ years in customer service training and operations management. He has been a trainer and manager for several large retail organizations and customer service call centers with clients including United PS
Sam has a master's degree in education.
