Marvin Biltis
Chief Executive Officer.


As Chief Executive Officer of JRE, Inc. Marvin Biltis is responsible for all the functions of the company – including determining policy, real estate location and leasing, marketing, franchise development and administration.

He was born in Montreal, Canada, where he graduated from Concordia University and pursued a career at Steinberg's Ltd., a major grocery chain. He ultimately became the Group Vice President and General Manager of their largest division, before departing for Detroit, Michigan. He was President of Farmer Jack Supermarkets and A&P Supermarkets, Michigan Division, after Farmer Jack was acquired by A&P. His responsibilities in both supermarket companies were multifaceted relating to all fields of retailing, including marketing, operations, human resources and administration.

In 1990, Marvin and his family moved to Florida, where he acquired several businesses, related to food. In 1996, along with Ken Marks, he purchased Jewelry Repair Enterprises, Inc. the Franchisor of FAST-FIX Jewelry and Watch Repair ® stores

Marvin is married to Pamela Biltis and is the father of three children and has four grandchildren.
