Mark Eisenberg
Real Estate, Franchising and Legal

Mr. Eisenberg is the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for a commercial real estate development company based in Los Angeles.

Mr. Eisenberg has served as the Senior Vice President and Transaction Counsel of a large franchising company based in Boca Raton, FL and was responsible for negotiating over 200 leases and constructing over 150 childcare facilities nationally and internationally. Mr. Eisenberg has also served on the board of directors of a NASD listed company and served as the Chief Financial Officer of a conglomerate based in Paris, France.

JRE utilizes Mr. Eisenberg's skills to negotiate all leases with landlord's and attorney's, oversee bidding and the construction process and advice the company on franchising issues.
