Linda Smith
Director of Operations

Linda Smith has over thirty-five years experience in retail sales, training, and store development. In 1988, she joined the first FAST-FIX franchised store's team in Dallas. She worked until 2003 in various positions ranging from sales manager to general manager of the eight-store region. While in the Dallas region, she also served as a consultant and new storeowner trainer with Jewelry Repair Enterprises, until she joined them full time as the Director of Operations in 2003.

As the Director of Operations, Linda oversees the training facilities at the Florida Corporate Offices – the FAST-FIX University Training School – and supports new store grand openings. Linda and her staff also maintain continued support to existing owners making the operations department available seven days a week, and providing semi-monthly training materials for all stores use.

Linda is also the author of the national training manuals and price book.
