Jason D. Mattes
Director of Franchise Development


Jason D. Mattes, Director of Franchise Development, joined Jewelry Repair Enterprises, Inc., in the spring of 2006 and oversees all aspects of the franchise development department, including the recruiting, hiring and training of the franchise sales force. He is also responsible for developing FAST-FIX's domestic and Canadian franchise programs.

Jason began his franchising career at Netspace ®, where he was recruited to spearhead the franchise development department of a brand new technology franchise. With his strong sales and management skills, and the love of the internet motivating him, he soon became the national leader in franchise sales, and helped build a very successful franchise organization. As the Vice President of Franchise Development, he helped Netspace ® gain recognition in several publications, most notably as one of the Top 500 franchise companies in the world by Entrepreneur magazine.

Prior to that, Jason held a highly successful position on Wall Street as a Series 7 and 63 licensed broker for an international banking group where he developed new and existing accounts to a niche client base in two principal markets, the United Kingdom and South Africa, as well as eight other countries, including Australia.

Jason's also played professional football, most notably in the Arena Football League.

Jason is a member of the Sandler Sales Institute's President Club and is active in several local not-for-profit organizations.

Jason is married to Monica Polito-Mattes and has a beautiful 18 month-old daughter, Michaela. Jason holds a B.A. from Colgate University.
