Gary Williams has been in the industry for over 24 years and is committed to representing FAST-FIX Jewelry and Watch Repairs REPAIRS and their franchise owners.

Gary began his real estate career as Vice President of Real Estate for Foot Locker's 13 Western States including Hawaii, Alaska and Guam. During his career at Footlocker, Gary was responsible for site selection, negotiation of lease term, rents, ancillary charges, tenant allowance, renewals, lease buy-outs, and redeployment for all Foot Locker Corporation stores, including Lady Footlocker, Kids Footlocker, Champs, Afterthoughts and six other active retail divisions. During his 15 year tenure, he negotiated over 1000 deals, valued over $400 million dollars.

He has negotiated and opened stores in some of the most prestigious centers in the country including: Ala Moana, Beverly Center, South Coast Plaza, Scottsdale Fashion Square and Glendale Galleria. He has developed successful relationships with leaders in the industry including: Taubman, Westfield, Simon Property Group, Forest City, Urban, Glimcher, Macerich, General Growth, Jones Lang LaSalle, and The Mills.

He thoroughly enjoys the world of real estate and is now focused on providing excellent tenant representation through his own company. His team comprises himself and three tenant representatives are always available to answer questions.
