What types of franchise opportunities are available at FAST-FIX?
There are two different types of domestic franchise opportunities available at FAST-FIX: a kiosk of approximately 150 sq.ft. or a 400-700 sq.ft. inline store which are both strategically located in regional malls. We also offer the ability for a qualified individual to own and operate multiple FAST-FIX stores with exclusive development rights in a specific area.
What qualifications are necessary to own a FAST-FIX franchise?
Strong people skills. The required amount of capital. Financial stability and capability. Business/management or retail background. A desire to succeed. Previous franchise ownership is a plus. No jewelry experience is necessary.
What training does FAST-FIX provide?
New franchise owner orientation and training takes place for 10 days at the FAST-FIX University School, located in Delray Beach, Florida. As a new franchisee, an operations manager will also be there to help ensure a successful grand opening. Ongoing training and support takes place at our annual national convention and during our regional marketing meetings in your area. Support staff is available 24/7.
Is training mandatory? What does it cost?
Training is mandatory. You (and your manager) will successfully complete the required FAST-FIX training programs at our national training center. Start-up training costs (excluding travel and hotel accommodations) are included in your initial franchise fee.
How does FAST-FIX assist with staffing issues?
We participate actively at the industry level in order to provide you relevant recruiting and retention tools as well as assistance in the hiring of your initial staff.
What about advertising and promotional programs?
Franchisees contribute to a national monthly advertising program. These funds are used for advertising and sales programs in your store that may include: coupons, tabletop tents, signs, referral pads, etc.
How does FAST-FIX assist in site selection?
We have established relationships with all of the major mall developers in the country. We provide tools for reviewing sites formulated with experience-based criteria. We provide consultation regarding location, visibility, store size and demographics.
What is the availability for a FAST-FIX store in a mall in my area?
The availability of stores in a specific mall will be discussed during your initial interview. Flexibility to relocate for a store location may be required in some states.
What about the design and set-up of my store?
A FAST-FIX store design allows for both good working conditions and for the customer to watch the actual repair work being performed. We design your floor plan to be consistent with this proven look and feel of other FAST-FIX locations.
Is financing available?
Yes. We offer third party financing options.
What is the initial term of the franchise agreement?
FAST-FIX's initial franchise term is for ten years with additional option terms of ten years each. As you can see we are in this business for the long-term and want franchise owners with similar aspirations.
