THOSE WHO HAVE SERVED AMERICA
Franchise company offers incentives to veterans of the U.S. Armed
Services
DELRAY BEACH, FL (April 16, 2007) – FAST-FIX JEWELRY
AND WATCH REPAIRS®, the world’s largest franchise of jewelry and watch
repair services with more than 150 locations throughout the United
States and Canada, recently became a member of VetFran, an organization
that offers franchise incentives to veterans.
“We are proud to be part of an organization that salutes the men and
women who have so bravely served our country. Participating in such a
special program allows us not only to thank them, but also help them
achieve the American Dream of owning their own business,” says Jason
Mattes, Director of Franchise Development of FAST-FIX. As a member of
Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative, otherwise known as VetFran,
FAST-FIX offers a 50 percent reduction on its franchise fee, providing a
discount of more than $17,500 to honorably-discharged veterans who
qualify for a FAST-FIX franchise.
Veterans Transition Franchise Initiative, known as VetFran, is a group
of more than 250 participating member companies who have agreed to help
qualified veterans acquire franchise businesses by providing financial
incentives not otherwise available to other franchise investors. The

during the Gulf War. The International Franchise Association (IFA) is
the world’s oldest and largest organization representing the community
of franchising.
