INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISING EXPANSION
Florida-headquartered franchise opens locations in Ireland and the United Kingdom

DELRAY BEACH, FL (April 27, 2007) – FAST-FIX JEWELRY AND WATCH REPAIRS®, the world's largest franchise of dedicated jewelry and watch repair stores with more than 150 locations throughout the United States and Canada, has announced its international expansion into Ireland and the United Kingdom.

“Ireland and the United Kingdom are key markets for FAST-FIX’s international expansion," said Chief Executive Officer Marvin Biltis. "We believe our franchise model, which has over 23 years of success in the jewelry and watch repair industry is the first of its type in Ireland and the UK. In fact, there are no stores that resemble the FAST-FIX concept in these areas and there is little competition within their malls, so we feel that these are markets for FAST-FIX to thrive. We are very excited at its prospects and are looking for potential franchisees in all parts of the country."

As part of its expansion, FAST-FIX has signed a master franchise agreement with Dublin, Ireland-based Shane Cooney, a former senior executive at Shell Oil and a successful entrepreneur with business interests in property development and retailing. As a Master Franchisee, Cooney will be responsible for developing and promoting the FAST-FIX franchise system throughout Ireland and the United Kingdom. Cooney will also be responsible for leasing the locations and finding other franchisees. The first locations will be located in Ireland around the Dublin area with the United Kingdom stores to open shortly after. The company also plans to expand to Australia, Asia, Latin America and Europe.
